Let me tell you about my makeup artist, she does make up solely for me but she has provided every single beauty need I have ever needed ranging from things like scrubs, face washes, acne remover and the latest beauty innovations depending on my interests, yet she is known as a MAKE UP ARTIST.
To me who is her ideal customer by the way, she is a ‘ONE STOP EXPERIENCE’.
So I would rather go to her place or vice versa to do anything beauty and skin care because she not only saves my time, she provides my every need.
Do you know most customers are like me, they really do not want to run from pillar to post to get their simple needs. They will settle for you if you can give them a total package that meets their needs at a particular time.
Another set of customers would remember they need something when they see you can offer it,so if you don’t offer they don’t buy.
These my dear business owners mean that you can cross sell and upsell your customers and provide a ONE STOP EXPERIENCE for them.
That is why shoprite ,Park and shop, Hub mart and Ebano supermarket would continue to sell better than the kiosk around your street ,because you can walk into them and get all you want at once.
Your business does not require large space to provide this experience, I mean I just told you about my makeup artist right that has a good share of my wallet because she does this for me.
